I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across Australia. Over the years, I have worked in major cities as well as regional and rural communities, helping people navigate life’s challenges with care, professionalism, and compassion.
Weekend Therapy was created to give people access to support at a time that works for them because healing can’t wait until Monday.
Since 2003, I have provided:
Individual counselling for adults navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
Couples and relationship counselling to help partners build stronger communication, trust, and connection.
Family support where appropriate, guiding families through conflict and life transitions.
Workshops and training within schools, workplaces, and community settings.
Every individual brings their own story, history, and strengths. My approach is flexible, creative, and strengths-based, tailored to each client’s needs. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and practical something you can take away from the session and apply in real life.
reconnecting mind and body to process stress and trauma.
creating a safe and respectful environment to explore difficult experiences.
tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Collaborative goal-setting
therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical; being genuine and down-to-earth helps build trust.
Life doesn't pause for therapy appointments. That's why we've built our practice around flexibility and accessibility. Whether you're a working parent, student, or someone who simply finds weekends more peaceful, we're here to support your journey to better mental health.
As a practitioner, my values guide everything I do:
Listening deeply and responding with care.
Following through on commitments and practising responsibly.
Creating a space where you feel safe to share, without fear of being judged.
Standing alongside you through the process of change and growth.
I believe that healing starts with connection. When you feel heard and understood, change becomes possible.
For many people, weekdays are busy and stressful. Between work, family, and personal commitments, finding time for therapy can feel impossible. Weekend Therapy was designed to make professional support accessible, flexible, and timely.
Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, recovering from trauma, or simply looking for tools to manage life’s stressors, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can begin your healing journey — without waiting for the “perfect time.”
Take the first step towards better mental health. Weekend appointments available this week.
